When you read words “us”, “our” or “we”, it means Jannei Goat Dairy, the words “you” or “your” means you, the visitor to our website.
By using our website and purchasing product through us you accept these terms of use. It you don’t agree, your remedy is to stop using our website. We may update these terms of use from time to time, so you should revisit each time you use our website or purchase from us.
PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS
Please be careful in selecting your delivery point. We are unable to change the delivery destination once your order has been dispatched. You can change your nominated address before 5.00pm on the Monday by contacting us with your order details. Orders are dispatched every Tuesday.
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the expected date of delivery, and a receipt for your order. As soon as the product is dispatched to your selected address, we send you an email to let you know that it has been dispatched.
We are looking for additional cost effective delivery options. If you have any specific suggestions and contact details for suppliers that might help us find new solutions more quickly, please contact us.
PAYMENT
At this time our chosen payment systems are PayPal and eWay. We request payment in full prior to delivery.
SECURITY POLICY
Jannei Goat Dairy uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. –
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Jannei Goat Dairy or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
- eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Jannei Goat Dairy .
REFUNDS
We are happy to refund or replace faulty products. We do take care in packaging and delivery, so there shouldn’t be any problems.
We do not provide refunds if you simply forget to collect your order, change your mind, or if the freight company has to call and change delivery times with you or us.
We only refund to the cost of the product purchased. Any delivery costs are not refundable.
TIME FOR DELIVERY
As part of our sustainable farming practices and to make the best ecological use of carbon-emitting transport, we only deliver to Sydney once a week, usually on Tuesdays.
What this means for you is that any order placed before Friday afternoon is delivered on a Tuesday – Thursday and any orders placed on a Saturday or after Friday 5:00pm, are delivered the following week.
You agree to us leaving the package with out requiring a signature on your door step or in a previously specified location by you
